How do I get rid of "book appointment'?

I just installed Cutnstyle Pro theme.

I could not find anywhere in setting to do setting for Book Appointment button.
Right now when I click on it, it is not linked to anything, and would like to get rid of it since we only take phone appointment only.

Kindly go to Appearance>>Theme Options>>Basic Settings>>Custom CSS Box:

Add this code there:

.apointment a { display:none;}

I have also same problem. I have the appointment button. But how the website visiter can do an appointment? If I click on the button othing happens and also no link is setuped. Di I need for that an extra plugin?
