How do I create and edit sub-menu under primary (main) menu in IT Consultant Pro theme?

Also how do I remove twitter widget from my footer ?

Thanks, But I have already created Primary Menu I wish to create menu under primary menut options i.e. list of services under Services option.
Also regarding twitter post removal query I am able to replace it with blank text box but could you guide me on:
1. I wish to move social icons on widget 2 in the footer and Contact details to widget 3
2. Also I wish to include one more contact details option for our office in US which I wish should appear on footer widget 4
