Houzz link not available under Social settings

Hello,
here’s my webiste for reference www.heartcreateshome.com
I’m using the Photo World Pro Theme.
I would like to add the link to my Houzz account on the footer as i did for FB, LinkedIn and Twitter.
Houzz link is not available in the Social Settings. Is there a way to add it ?
