Hi,

Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

.header_wrap.layer_wrapper.header_wrap1 { position: absolute; width: 100%;}
.page_head_bg, .post_head_bg { margin-top:0; min-height:330px;}
