Help with homepage and big white gaps

hi there can you help me with my website if you go on to my pages, about me , gallery, etc all of them have massive blank spaces at the top, and the text is right at bottom, how can they be pushed up? and also on the homepage my book an appointment and telephone number isn’t in line, I want them straight on the top line along with my name, so there all parrell.
please help thank you

Did you resolved blank space issue?

Kindly go to Appearance>>Theme Option>>Basic Setting>>Custom CSS Box

Add this code there for header book an appointment and telephone number :

.header .header-inner .header_info{width:500px !important;}
