Help about changing the displaying of “Add to cart” button

Good morning,
I have the site crc-computers.gr and I would like when I move the mouse over the product to ask how the “add to cart” button appears (in the small tab, not when I open the product page) below the price of the product and not in the middle of the product image. I would also like to ask if it is possible when I move the mouse over the product to “highlight” my product, bringing it a little higher as an effect.

Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

.woocommerce ul.products li.product:hover .button { top: 0;}
.woocommerce ul.products li.product .button { position:relative; left:0; opacity: 1 !important; visibility: visible !important; transform: none !important;}
