1. I would like to add html to call the phone number but when I add the code in the theme options it just wipes it. can I make the phone number click to call
2. Can I edit the contact us widget to add another locations info just phone number and address dont really need a google map.

Hi John,

1) Kindly go to header.php and add your html code for phone number there.

2) Kindly go to Appearance>>Theme Option>>Basic Setting>>Custom CSS Box

Add this code there:

iframe{display:none;}

Also is there a way to align the header primary menu and floating primary menu to the right of the logo
Are there any plugins I need to install, I dont see any in the theme folder, and usually when i install a theme it tells me what plugins need to be installed and it did not do that. I only say this because certain things are different on my site then on your theme like the contact info widget in the footer, I can assign a logo but it does not show, and the icon sets you have on your theme do not show.

I just deactivated several of the godaddy addon plugins and it corrected the issue with the theme differences.

also how do I change the information and pics in the yellow carosel underneath the slider. when I go to featured projects there isnt anything there.

is there a way to align the header primary menu and floating primary menu to the right of the logo, also I have changed the colors from the yellow to red throughout the theme, however there are some places where the yellow color remains, blog posts title in footer and in the featured projects title.

For the menu we need to change some code in header.php and manage it using css.
