H1 H2 H3 not detected

Hi. I have stupid problem. Does any one had situation like this?:
I created 2 sites on themes SKT Construction Pro and SKT Baby Sitter and when my client check site with SEO tools on both sites there is no H1 H2 or H3 tags detected but i have added them to almost all pages, i checked out of curiosity our site that is on random theme and tags are found. Can anyone help with it?

We checked, H1 and H2 tags are used in both sites.

Soo can you explain me why sites like https://seoaudyt.csgroup.pl/ says there is 0 or only 1 h1/h2 included? I checked it on about 5-6 sites like it.

I created this section
and added tags in “text area” but on other site i created them in Elementor “Heading” section and on both sites it works or not the same. To be honest i dont care about it bcs i know they are there, site is positioning right on google etc but my client is oversensitive on this point.
