Gym Master header and footer

Hello, when i use the phone number in the header i see that email is not alligned anymore
and how do i change the footer background image ? on footer.php ?

For the footer i found on the ftp and in the style.css :

#sidebar ul li{ list-style:none; border-bottom:1px dashed #d0cfcf; background:url(images/sidebar-arrow.png) no-repeat 0 14px; padding:10px 0 10px 20px; }

But for the header still have a problem

Kindly go to Appearance>>Theme Options>>Basic Settings>>Custom CSS Box:

Add this code there:

.header-inner span.phno { margin-top:6px;}
