The post page of my blog seemed to be off…. the sidebar is showing at the bottom instead of to the side.

Add this code there:

.middle-align { width:60%; float:left;}

I didn’t do anything but update, so I think it messed it up.

Remove:

.middle-align { width:60%; float:left;}

And add:

.single-post .middle-align { width:60%; float:left;}
