    I want to change the border color and font of this section (cant change it in settings)
    and
    The inner pictures, their border width is too small; want to increase it.
    Help.

    Hi,

    Kindly go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Basic Settings >> Custom CSS Box:

    Add this code there:

    .services-wrap h3 { font-size:22px;}
.services-wrap.fadeInLeft { font-size: 16px;}
