I’m working on the Fundraiser theme for our organization and the events kick out some useless information when being displayed in category view.

    Thumbnail Image Title
Date Created User Creating Event Comments Enabled some icon w/ no text
    Abbreviated Post Text

It’s the second line that I’d like to modify. I’m not finding where though.
    • I’d like to swap out Date Created for Start Date or Duration of Event Dates.
    • I’d like to put the location as opposed to who created the event
    • I don’t think users care about comments on an event
    • And what’s that icon for?

Is there any documentation on working with events? What page in the theme should I edit? Anything to point me in the right direction would be appreciated.

This is the type of view I’m looking at that I don’t like the display featuring irrelevant data as opposed to what you see when looking at the events http://impact2818.org/wpbeta19/sktevents/that-thing-2019-june-20-28/ where you see the fields I fill in from the event post page
