Effect under Slider Image on SKT Ele Hotel

I am currently using the Theme “SKT Ele Hotel”. Under the “Font Page Image Slider”, there are “jagged effects” below the slider images. This is very nice, but I am needing a “wave” effect here. Is there a way to changed to the similar effect found in the Kindergarten Theme – but in that theme the effect is above the images and I need it below the slider images? Please let me know what I would need to do in order to get this changed or adjusted.

PLEASE NOTE: this is the site that has the “wave effect” that I am looking for, but it is on top of the slider image and I would like the “wave” effect to be below the Slider Image to replace the “jagged effect” below the slider image on the theme “SKT Ele Hotel” Slider Images.
