    Hi

    I am a paid customer and my initial download links and the links I got after renewal are saying expired and I am unable to download.

    I have paid 200 dollars and 40 dollars and unable to download and use a theme till date.

    Someone started replying to me on email support but after few emails they stopped responding. The last email from support was a month back.
