Difficulty installing Meditation Pro in WP

How do I install and activate the SKT Meditation Pro Theme? I have the free version but can’t install the Pro version.

I get an error: “Problem installing theme: json_syntax”

I’m following the YouTube video to create a meditation pro website. In the beginning I have to use “Tools“ to import but when I try to do that I get an error message “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.“ But no email ever comes to my inbox. When I create a page, there is no SKT page builder in the page attributes drop down box. There is Elementor in the space where SKT page builder should be.

And Mindful Culture is a nonprofit and the website will need a “donate” button. Does this theme have the ability to have a Donate button on the front page? Please instruct me on how to create one for the front page. Thanks.
