Description disappears when update

Hello
First thank you so much for adding the option for the details on property detail page. Great that I can add more when needed.
problem since done is that when I fill in the description and click update the description disappears. Blank section. I tried hundred times and same. Please can you fix this asap?

Same domain. You have the login.

Also I will use your real estate theme for other clients – could you please update the details like you did for me but making sure everything works fine so we can use the the updated theme for other clients?

This theme is really important for me.

You want a screenshot of a white description section???
I emailed the URL and login. Should be sufficient to test. You have to login to see the admin because I have a coming soon page. Go to the first property at the top of the listings – try to enter a description and click on update. Boom .. text you just entered is gone.

Can you fix that please??

It’s exhausting to work with the forum!! As I said – you want a screenshot of the white editor when I click on save or the description text BEFORE I click on save or update and it disappears???
Is Shri around??? Someone PLEASE test the site – logins sent by email. It cannot happens just to me. Impossible. That happened after the add details were done – for which I am very grateful – but I also need a description!!

I SENT IT 3 TIMES ALL LOGINS AND DOMAINS.!!! Now you have the video you can see the problem and you are still at the stage to ask for my login.https://mainedesigngroup.com and find the logins in my numerous emails to support@. plus Shri has my login since a long time for that site – he worked on it since more than a month now – the problem on description came after Shri added (grateful for that) option to add more details on property detail page. BUT NOW I CAN’T SAVE DESCRIPTION ..
This has to be solved ASAP. This ticket lasted for weeks now.
