CutandStyle Menu – Shop

Looking for a little bit of advice on the following site:

Help with the Menu… it doesn’t quite sit right.

Help with the shop integration. Just click the shop link, I’d like it to be within the site but the shop that is linked – as this is updated from the customer at till level.

Any other advice would be appreciated. My first design on this template.
