Customize problem complete theme after wordpress update

Hi,
i am building a website on “complete” theme but now after upgrade to the latest wordpress, the theme has the problem with its customizer and i am unable to do anything.

I have already followed the steps you asked to do in the emails and they worked on other customize themes but its strange its not working only with this “complete” theme.

I am sending you the credentials in email, please have a look and let me know how to resolve it.

Hi Saqib,

Customizer is working fine to us on your website. Kindly check on private window. Its a cache issue. Let me know if you still having the same issue.

yea you are right, that was the cache problem and it works in incognito window.
