customize featured boxes

Hi, can you help me to customize my featured boxes?!
I’d like to put the totality of my text on the front page section without using a “read more” button. I tried it but the text doesn’t appear (too long ?) and the button still display even I erase the relative codes.
Do I have to put specific CSS code ? which one ?

Hi, I am using this tamplate in Quito Ecuador South America, and using popular procedures, the button apperar in english as Read More, but I need ir appears in Spanish as Leer mas… I look for the place to change it. May be ¿Do you have an idea how to solve this?. I already tried to change it it the basic settings by the way.

in order to have :
– justified text
– specific font-size

for each “featured box” ?
