Ans: Kindly use this plugin to add social share: https://wordpress.org/plugins/sharethis-share-buttons/

2. how i get the align the logos?

Ans: Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

.page-id-893 .cols4:nth-child(4n+1) { clear: both;}
.page-id-893 .cols4 .team-thumb { border: 1px solid #f1f1f1;}
.logo { padding: 0 35px 40px 0;}

Now have a problem, When I activate the plugin sharethis-share-buttons all buttons on site not work.

Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:
