    Let me know where modify the contact form, I found the adress email, but not the other fields. It’s because I speak French. Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

    Kindly go to Appearance » Widgets » Sidebar Main, drag drop a text widget and paste Contact Form 7 shortcode there.
