I am trying to find the contact page template so that i can remove certain sections of it, and to actually work.  I am have no success at all.

Can find the template to change,  and dont get any notifications or emails or anything when contact requested submitted.

Can someone please point me in the right direction.

Kindly use contact form 7 instead of modifying template and testing it.

Contact form 7 plugin should work just fine.

Hi i have read the reviews re contact form 7 and they are not good.  People keep saying that the none paid for version is more like an advert service for the company.

So are you saying your pro theme has no contact form capabilities that work?

Our contact form does work.

It sends email to WordPress admin>Settings>Email id.

So whatever email id is written there it sends email to that email id. Try to paste some gmail account id there and save and test the contact form and let us know if that worked for you.

Thanks for the quick replies.  I dont have an admin account called “Admin” we remove this as a matter of security.  We have named actual accounts and passwords associated to them.  So how can i get contact form to send emails to an email account of choice?.

Hi  I still cannot get the contact form to work, i must have done something wrong?  I have changed the website admin email to a hotmail one but still no luck.

The code in the section (22) that has the contact form is as follows:

[contactform to_email=”?” title=”Contact Enquiry”]

Replace the ? in the contact form code with your email id or hotmail id and let us know if that worked for you.

No i am not getting any emails to the WP admin email, or the email i put into section 22.

 

Also i dont know if the email address put into the contact form is supposed to get an email, but that address is also not getting anything.

Ok, thanks for going into the WP site, but as you know and as you have informed me, what ever has been done has crashed the site.  Do you have Skype chat so we can talk quickly to get our site back.  We have FTPd the file you have suggested that you say was not loaded correctly by your team, but this is not getting our site back.  We also cannot login to the WP Admin site of the website either.  My IT team member who is 2500 miles away is on line now to help, so can you please urgnetly respond via email or something.  Thanks
