Contact form doesen´t work

Iam using WP Mail SMTP plug-in and it works perfectly sending a email test. However, my problem is to submit a form inside the theme. It says that the msg was sent “ok”, but nothing happens. Please, any sugestion about what can be happening ? Thank you.

Aditionally, I’ve tested with “Contact Form Email” plug-in, replacing the “contactform” of skt. It works perfectly, but is not a solution. The design of skt is too much better…
