    On http://secatlaw.shaunashley.com I have a section with three columns with content.  Is it possible to set the column content containers to a specific height so that they are all the same size?

    Yes.

    Kindly visit Appearance>Theme Options>Custom CSS and add this there: .one_third{min-height:150px;}

    All three columns would be same height.
