Color Change Category Selector Section 1 Photo Gallery

We are using the Photo Gallery in Section 1 for “featured projects”. The category selector at the top is YELLOW and I want to change the color of this to match our brand. Where do I accomplish this, it’s not in the Theme Options Basic Settings where all the other colors are changeable.

Sorry about the same its actually an image coming from here: http:yourwebsite.com/skt-construction-pro/wp-content/themes/skt-construction-pro/images/gallery-filter.png

Kindly check the location of the image and replace it with your own colored image using FTP and it should get resolved.
