Hi,

When entering a pic into any of the 3 bubbles in the “3 Column Services Boxes” for Section 1, they appear very large in the page that they link to. Please explain how to adjust the size of the pic on the linked page.

Apologies i see that you are using old coffee theme. Kindly download the new theme via sktthemes.net/my-account

And activate some other theme and delete old, upload and activate the new theme.

Okay, thank you. I’ll wait till Monday to download the updated theme.
The one I have downloaded is what came when I purchased the themes. Will the new download be credited to the remaining amount of downloads I have?

Having never done this before, we are concerned that all of the placed images and text (and formatting) will be lost if we install the new version of the theme. Are we safe to do so by choosing a different theme, uninstalling the old and reinstalling the new?

Well did you make any changes to any PHP files? If no and only changes have been done to theme options then there is nothing to worry about.
