changing header each page

Hello can you help me with something.
I got the theme SKT restaurant pro.
Now I got a nice slider on the homepage and can place a header for the other pages. But now is my question can I place on each other page a different header? If so how can I do this?

Hello Chris,

yes that I know what is shown in the youtube.
But when I want to place a picture from the Media the picture is enlarged the header has a fast format on the page.
the picture is blown up if I want to replace it.
So I hope you can help me by telling me what I’m doing wrong.
pixels 2003×1210 is my picture but the header is 2003×382 I cut the big picture to this format but still does not do the trick.
