Change slider size in Interior Pro

I need to make the slider show at 50% rather than 100%. And I would like to put another element to the right of it, a blogtalkradio module. How do I do that

Also, I can’t show you the site, I am tuning it up on my home computer before I go live. Could you just give me the instructions on how to resize the slider and also to style it so that it fits under the header, and not behind it.

Kindly go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Basic Settings >> Custom CSS Box:

Add this code there:

.slider-main { min-height:400px;}
.slider-main .nivoSlider { height:400px;}
