Change names of links

Hi,
The website is mjmkitchens.com.au,
When you scroll down to title “Modern kitchen Design” I want to change title to only 3 boxes,
1.Modern Kitchen Design
2.Vanities
3.Laundries
And also link them to “Gallery” the Modern Kitchen Design to “kitchens”. Then link vanities to “Vanities & Laundries” and the same with laundries link to “Vanities & Laundries”
Also want to change the 2 pictures on the boxes of the Vanities and Laundries
