in my website with Welness Spa FREE version wwww.bodyscomfort.it is it possibile just to change the color of the actual green bar at the top of the header?

Kindly go to Appearance>>Theme Options>>Basic Settings>>Custom CSS Box:

Add this code there:

.site-nav ul li a:hover { background-color:#1e73be;}
.logo p { color:#1e73be;}
