    When I try to upload, I get the message below:

    “Unpacking the package…

    The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”

    Hi,

    That means the download zip is not complete as PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT error appears only because of that.

    Kindly properly download the zip file.
