Can't find About the author page

Hi,

I’m following the manual step by step (SKT Ebook Author – Responsive WordPress Theme). But I tried everything to get the page called: About the author but it doesn’t appear in the list.

When I go to Appearance, Theme options, Sections,
Under About The Author Page for Section,
Select a page,

I only get to choose a sample page which is quite different from the home page in the demo.

I also tried pages but it’s the same thing. I only get the sample page.
Can you please help, I have been trying to figure this out for hours and it’s probably something small
I’m not seeing.
