Cannot update header image on secondary pages

Hi all, I’m trying to update my secondary pages of my website which is using the paid version of the SKT Themes Adventure theme for WordPress. I found a few articles that referenced adding in a “headercode” to make the header image appear. The iFrame code I tried (very simple) didn’t update the header like it showed in the help doc, found here: http://sktthemesdemo.net/documentation/adventure-documentation/#customize-header. I’m trying to update the header image on my shop and product pages. It’s currently blank. I’d like to have images there to utilize this space or make it go away so my website doesn’t look like a mess. Below are some screenshots of my website. It’s currently password protected.
