Can I add the Sticky Navigation to the secondary pages?

The Sticky navigation works great on the home page but does not work on the secondary pages of my staging site at http://wdltestsite1.info.

Is there a way to add the sticky nav to the secondary pages without a lot of additional coding?

I own the pro version of SKT White.
