When using the feedback form ([contactform to_email=”[email protected]” title=”Request a Call Back”]) in a normal page, rather than a sidebar, the box for website is rendered out of alignment with the other boxes on the form.

Kindly go to Appearance>>Theme Option>>Basic Setting>>Custom CSS Box

Add this code there:

#contactform_main p{margin: 10px 0 0;}

Perfect, thank you. Could you also tell me where to configure mail servers etc. as the mail from the contact form currently does not arrive at the desired mailbox? The site is running with php on windows if that is relevant?

Kindly use plugin Contact form 7 if you are having issue with the default form.
