How and where to I change the botton color and hover color in promobox5, Home section 8 code, in Perfect Theme?

Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize>>Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

.sktmore:hover { background-color:#f9b123 !important;}
