BeFit Theme: Section On Home Page Doesn't Show

My “Sections” on the Home Page doesn’t show. I replaced the verbiage in the “About Amanda” section of the BeFit theme but the information doesn’t show on the page.

Hi Keith,

Kindly go to Setting>>Reading>>Select your latest posts

Then go to Appearance>>Theme Option and click on save option button.

For some reason, I have a menu at the Footer of my site (showing all of my pages). I checked the Widgets but I don’t see the menu added to any of them. Please let me know how to remove this.
