Hi
We have had lots of problems today, our site has lost lots of things that we had created, and we had not yet created a backup.
we are now trying to repair it, but a first problem is that we can’t see the slider anymore. we have put images into the section but the slider just doesn’t show.

Yes we have managed to sort out the slider but now our ‘Whats on’ section has gone funny. The boxes are not in consistent rows/columns! This is using the ‘bakers’ short code.

Yes we emailed back as well. There are still several codes which are not ours. If you use our shortcodes and properly do the set up there should be nothing wrong with it.

To us as non-coders saying “there are several codes which are not ours” is not really offering support. can you tell us which codes are wrong and where they are so that we can fix our website please? we desperately need help. This website is for an event that is to help a flood damaged town.
