    I need this feature to my next site, which of the latest templates have this, or is it a big task to add?

    Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

    .header { position:fixed;}
#home_slider { margin-top: 168px !important;}
