All Themes Download

I recently purchased your “All Themes” option for $99. Why do I always have trouble downloading
new themes in the collection such as (black&white, Music Producer, SKT Seo, Flower Shop, Car Rental). They never show up for me.

I have this problem every month you launch new themes, I receive your advice by email, but they don’t appear in my download section. This is not what I paid for. Please correct or I will have to find another theme supplier going forward.

Due to recent changes in WooCommerce plugin this has happened not something in our control. Has it ever happened that after your email we haven’t given you the access to the themes?

I have given you access to the themes again.

I purchased Theme Girlie Pro last year and only be able to use it now. I want to have a Shop Sidebar for Woocommerce pages, however I cannot find it in the Widget. How can I insert Shop sidebar on my site?. Please answer me very soon. Thanks
