Adjust spacing for boxes

Hello,
I’m trying to revise the layout of the home page and having some difficulty: http://www.fitnessconnection.ca/testsite/

– How do I make the whole title organge (eg. …MILLS should be DON MILLS)
– Is it possible to reduce the spacing around the border? Trying to reduce the size quite a bit height wise
– When I try and remove the supporting copy it gives me a “…” is there a way to just have it blank?

Kindly go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Basic Settings >> Custom CSS Box:

Add this code there:

.services-box { padding:15px;}
.services-box h4 { color:#db7815;}
