Add "Home" menu

I am using SKT Gardening Pro theme and would like the top menu to include a ‘Home’ link.

I know that I can create a custom menu but then this means that I have to manually add menu buttons each time I add a page.
Some of your other themes include a ‘Menu’ link but not the Gardening theme.

Please advise.

Hi,

Kindly create a menu click on Custom Links add URL: http://www.bodecker.co.uk/sisters/ and Link Text: Home then click on Add to menu. Before saving the menu kindly check Automatically add new top-level pages to this menu checkbox this option will add newly created pages to the menu automatically.

Hello. This issue is not resolved.

You have simply created a manual Menu, which needs to be updated each time a new page is created.
What I want is for….
1: A permanent ‘Home’ menu item in the top navigation bar.
2: The rest of the menu to function as normal in that pages are automatically added when pages are created.

Some of you themes achieve this, like the Interior theme. It has a ‘Home’ menu.
The Gardening Theme doe snot include a ‘Home’ menu out of the box.

Please can you advise how to fix this. It’s something that I think most people would want as standard.

Hello Chris,
I’m afraid that this still does not work as expected. There’s a home button at the top menu, which is what I wanted, but there are now home buttons at the top of each of the drop down menus.
