About Flat Color of tabs

I have a problem.
I want to change the color of tabs when I hover over them.

On the “section 1” * “Zakaj izdelati spletno stran?”
I managed to change a color of bars to orange but can’t figure out where to change a color of tabs.

Add this code in custom css box:

.su-spoiler-style-fancy > .su-spoiler-title:hover{background-color:#f89a1c !important;}
