Hi Roger,
In your case it is differently height of slides that are causing it. So for example you have slide 1 as 1400px by 400px (width x height). You should maintain the same for all the slider images. Since they are of varied sizes it causes slider to move up and down.

I see you have already removed phone number and icon.
Read more is in index.php (appearance>editor>index.php)
Code is: <span class=”read”><?php _e(‘Read More’,’skt_itconsultant’); ?></span>
Change read more within single quotes to desired.
Go to your domain.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=skt_itconsultant-options
And click on Footer.
There you have Footer background color.

I have an issue related with the slider, seems like when the loop of images finishes, the slider desappears and moves everything, and 2 seconds later appears again, making you feel deezy when you are reading the website.
Do you know why this problem happens?

By the way the trick is remove image, change text of slider and save. Once done now either again reselect default image or upload your own image and save.
