Hi,

I’m using the “SKT Hotel” theme version 6.0 on one of my websites. Unfortunately, I can’t find any current version information for this theme on your website to determine if there’s an update available.

I would therefore like to know which version is currently available and whether it’s compatible with WordPress version 6.8. If there is a more recent version, how can I get it (as a “Lifetime Package” buyer)?

an issue has surfaced using SKT Flooring theme on https://ozhrb.nimsite.uk. I’ve added a plug-in called Fullscreen Background premium that is working great when adding individual page background images but is not working with MP4 video, their tech support is saying…

“There is particular default wordrpess hook missing in your theme which is place where video code goes to display video. I can add those codes in your theme’s child theme. Can you add child theme of your theme as adding that hook directly in your theme will not be good because whenever the theme will be updated, code will be overridden and video background will stop working. Please add child theme and let me know when done. I will add the necessary hook in the header of your child theme. If you are having trouble adding child theme let me know.”

I thought it best to discuss with yuo guys first in case you are not aware of the issue?

I see all the updates in Chrome and Safari in the desktop but if we use the iPhones the changes are not reflected in Safari, but if we use the iPhones with Chrome we see the changes. Any ideas, this is urgent.

The issue I am having is that when I use the short code [products-category limit=’12’] on the home page, there are gaps when the categories propagate to this section. I think when the title goes to 2 lines, it’s what causes it. Please see the home page at the URL below.

1. The themes overview shows “Newspaper Pro updatet April 2025”. I use already 3.0 (from last year) – are there any importent news?

2. Footer/ Social icons: are there new icons? I want to use telegram and bluesky. The link works – but I can’t see an icon. Must I update somthing or any other solution?

3. Footer / importent links (Wichtige Links), 1.st row: how can I change these links? some are old.

My website URL is: https://valkonverstas.fi/ . Could you help me with the following questions:

1. I would like to remove the upper navigation bar where it says the contact e-mail address and the contact phone number. To give an example from the demo website, the upper navigation bar says ‘[email protected]’, ‘(800) 323 456 897′ and ’24/7’. Could you tell me where I can do this?

2. Whenever I publish any changes on the website, I can see the changes live instanteneously on the website on the device that I am logged in on. For example, if I am logged in on WordPress on a laptop, I can see the changes live as soon as I publish them. If I look at the website on a different device, such as my mobile, I cannot see the changes live right away. It takes hours for me to see the changes live, meaning that also to my customers it takes very long to see any changes performed. It did not use to be like this. Can you think of any reasons for this and help me with this?

3. I am having issues with the hamburger menu on mobile. The three last items on the menu do not show when the menu is opened. Whenever a user tries to scroll down to see the full list of items, the menu gets stuck and the last three items cannot be accessed at all. Could you help me solve this?

Here we check SKT Girlie Pro 1.2 and SKT Girlie Pro 6.0 both are different different frame work, if you overwrite updated theme content so your old data may be lose, kindly set old theme version 1.2 on your site, if you want to set our updated theme, kindly set it on any other staging server and set all data there and move your final site on your domain.

Hello SKT Theme, regardless of any SKT themes to use that doesn’t have video slider.

1. How can I add video slider instead of using images to frontpage or any pages. Video is not in Youtube or Vimeo but a local file to upload.
2. Do I need to install plugins for video slider, what plugin?

I have updated a website from SKT Girlie Pro 1.2 to 6.0, which has messed up allot of my website layout.

I am having trouble finding where to add my header image.

Also, I am being asked to: Kindly click on this import demo content button to complete the process – in order to finish installing the theme. If I do this, I am worried it will overwrite and further mess up my content.

Please can someone advise on these two points?
