Hello! On my site https://tapiciram.com/ the default slider doesn’t want to change the images automatically. I’ve set 2 seconds delay and it still won’t change.
Only can change them manually via the buttons. How can I fix this?

Okay I know that each theme may work with certain elements that was used to create a theme for example the music band theme utilizes 2 features that I need with a theme I use.

1. is the skt player to create a playlist or player
2. the album where I can create an album section for latest release

And also video where I can create a section about the video content on a site.

But what I don’t have is something that will allow me to create a latest book release and other books to add to the shelf sort of speak.

I really need all these types of features to create a hero section on the home page or inner page of the site at anytime.

This is need for sites that are organization type like a ministry where the persona behind the ministry is a Music Artist, Author and TV Personality for a tv program.

I didn’t know how much information I needed to give you to let you know where I’m going with this.

But do you have a theme in all the SKT themes that can do all this and have shop as well?

Hi,

SKT Clean Pro theme 6.0 is customizer and elementor based theme, and SKT Clean Pro theme 1.0 is Theme Options based theme if you overwrite the latest version 6.0 on old version 1.0 so your old theme date will be removed, if you want to working with new theme version so here you have to put all data in new theme. There is no option to updated theme without overwriting customization data.

I am writing to you regarding an issue I have encountered with the Music Band Pro theme. This problem appears to be present across all accounts where this theme is used.

It seems that there are errors arising from plugins that are incompatible with the current version of WordPress. I have attempted to resolve this by disabling all plugins, but the problem persisted. I then proceeded to delete all plugins, but this did not rectify the issue either. However, when I changed the theme, I was able to access the WordPress administration.

I will be sending you the WHM access data via email so that you can access each of the CPanel accounts experiencing this issue. This will allow you to view the server environment and make necessary changes to the versions of PHP or other components. You will have full access.

However, I kindly request that you ensure everything is left in working order, whether with this theme or its closest replacement.

For your convenience, I have left backup copies of the sites from when they were functioning correctly. You may access these for your tests.

my client has requested that the header font size is increased and font type changed

a. when i change the font size it only increases the white space not the font
b. when i change the font, only the email address changes, phone no. remains the same

We support a company that uses SKT Clean Pro theme running version 1.0. Today I purchased the latest version 6.0.

However, when I tried to upload and activate the theme is overwrites all the website customizations.

How do I updated the theme version on the website without overwriting all the data and customizations?

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

I am looking for the Jewelry SKT Themes. There also has been an error by downloading some of the zip files which deducted my allowed count to download the themes although I got an error and was not able to download some of the themes like the “2021” theme.

Could you please reset the available download as I had an error failure and tell me where I can find the Jewelry Theme?

Replace this : <h1><?php echo $post_type_obj->labels->name; ?></h1>
To : <h1>WYJAZDY</h1>
