On our new site https://doctor-pc.pro, after installing the theme and activating the required plugins, an error occurred when loading the demo content, this error appears:

Can you please help me fix the fact that the page header is not displaying on the pages and the page content is behind the header? You can see what I mean at the link below to my staging site.

I would actually prefer that the page header image not be necessary, but I have it active right now to attempt to troubleshoot the issue.

After editing content of services and recipes, the updated content or changes doesn’t reflect in

I couldn’t figure out why when editing a pre made service page, the text I added would not show in the preview. It was still Loreum Ipsum text. So I got frustrated with it and deleted all the pages in “Services”. It’s located on the left side in WordPress. I thought doing this would allow me to add new pages without all the pre-made stuff and it would fix itself. But now it’s just showing my text with hyper links of my site pages on the left side instead of the custom buttons that was functioning as a sidebar menu looking fancy.

Can someone please help me restore “Service”.

Hello. I’m new to SKT Themes and Elementor.

I’m trying to create a slider which can display a video (self-hosted or YouTube).

I’ve tried various video and media sliders but they don’t allow me to use a Query to grab “Latest Trailers.”

Other combinations of elements lets me add Items – an image and video link – but when I click the object, it only displays the image – it doesn’t play the video.

Looking at the demo content, there is a short code for [latest_trailers] which appears to also create a slider from the Latest Trailer posts. I’ve tried using that short code in my own page but the slider only has one item.

In contrast, I have a Posts slider working perfectly. I just can’t figure out how to do it with videos.

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

I just noticed on another site that this theme uses PHP 8.0.6, and when I try to add a new post and/or page, I get this error.

I was using SKT Woman Version: pro2.0, and I just upgraded to 8.2.22 to update specific plug-ins that required it, and my site crashed. I uploaded a copy of Pro 3.1, which made the site load again, but now I can not add a new page or post. Everything else works as usual.

Hi SKT team,

I’m writing to seek your assistance regarding three issues with my child theme associated with SKT Charity Pro.

1) When I choose a particular single post layout, the previous and next posts’ navigations are not clickable. I already checked Customize-> Post & Page -> Single Post Layout* where I chose Single Post Right Sidebar. There are four options in total under Singe Post Layout, but the Single Post Right Sidebar is the one I’d like to use.

The issue occurs only with the Single Post Right Sidebar. When I choose Single Post Right Sidebar, the Previous Post and Next Posts are not responsive on mobile and tablet devices. (On mobile, it is completely not responsive, and on tablet devices, only small arrows are responsive, which is very hard to see, but thumbnail and post links are not responsive). How to fix this issue?

2) As you can see in an example post here (https://www.visionnorth.net/voices-of-north-korea-a-discussion-with-hyeonseo-lee/), the post title is placed under the featured image. Normally, themes should allow to place titles above featured images, and titles and featured images should be dynamically aligned. In other words, when the browser size changes, post titles, and text boxes/featured images should move together in size and direction. However, in the current theme’s settings, the position of titles is completely independent: when the size of the browser is changed, titles are randomly left-sided, center-sided, or right-sided, regardless of the boy text/featured image position, which is not normal. I temporarily put titles under featured images, as you can see across all my posts. How to fix this?

3) When I see post titles on the web version (https://www.visionnorth.net/our-news/), the font size of post titles all look normal. However, when I see the post page on mobile devices, these titles appear too big. How to adjust this title font size on mobile devices without affecting other outlines?

SKT WomanVersion: pro2.0

Hello,

I have two issues with the formatting on my website using SKT WomanVersion: pro2.0.

#1: On the Blog Page and the Single Blog page, the first Blog Post (for the Blog Page) and the Featured Image (for the Single Blog Post page) appear behind the navigation bar. I need to push them down around 100 pixels just on PC format, not mobile. This looks fine on my phone.

#2: When viewing the site on my cell phone, the Footer Columns on the bottom are all the way to the left. I want to format them 5-10 pixels from the left side.

I am building the site wvcroquet.co.uk. I am at the moment putting in all the committee and want to add avatars next to them in the box. i have uploaded the media onto the media content on the wordpress site. When i click on the box to upload to the menu, they aren’t there, just the previous ones.

I have installed the theme from https://sktperfectdemo.com/themepack/pharma/ on my website, https://subarashiofficial.com. I have uninstalled the WooCommerce plugin as I will not be using it on this site. However, I noticed that the MY ACCOUNT icon is still appearing at the top right corner. How can I remove it and align all the menus to the right?
