Good night. I am using SKT Build Pro theme, when i use Shortcode [photogallery filter=”true”] in “home-gallery” only works “All” categorie option (it comes by default), other categories that i create and i associate images do not filter when i select new categories(it does not work, it shows empty, no pictures).
Can you help me please.

Hi Dave,
It is resolved, it was the “All In One WP Security & Firewall” plugin in combine with the “Really Simple SSL” plugin. The strange thing is that i had installed the plugins in the following order:

1. Installed WP and website
2. Installed “All In One WP Security & Firewall”
3. After a while the customer wanted a SSL certificate.
4. Installed SSL on Directadmin.
5. Installed “Really Simple SSL” plugin
…. After that the pages where not editble anymore with “SKTBuilder”.. I received the following error “The block sktbuilder_shortcode is not found in de library Default”

After that the team had a look and tolled me that it was the Plugin I did some experiments…

And in the order disabling “All In One WP Security & Firewall” and the “Really Simple SSL” plugin.. and and enabling first the “Really Simple SSL” Plugin and then the “All In One WP Security & Firewall”….

You will get the question if you wanne overwrite the .htaccess file with the security rule of before disabling the plugin… You should click NO!! (Very important, other wise you need to do the steps over again). After clicking no you can configure the plugin again..

My advise is to check if the “SKTbuilder” works after editing the “All In One WP Security & Firewall”.. so you can easily can change the settings of “All In One WP Security & Firewall”.

I hope this will help someone else if there is a problem.

I have installed a SSL certificate, the website is working fine. BUT after i logged in, the following error message i get when i wanne edit the home page with SKTbuilder. This error is shown where the blocks are..

The block sktbuilder_shortcode is not found in de library Default

How can i fix this?

Hi!

I would like to use a third party’s shortcode provided via a plug-in on my website (Timeline JS), but it does not work correctly with the theme (Museum Pro). We tried the shortcode outside of your builder, and there was no such problem.

thank you for your reply. But the problem is circumvented and therefore not resolved.

Another question: in the shortcodes (Short Code: [posts-timeline show = “4” cat = “2” excerptlength = “24”]) is it possible to filter the Post Timeline to not have all the articles, but only those of a single category

Hi, I have Adventure theme and I’m using Max Mega Menu plugin. If I set mega menu shortcode in to the header code it shows up but it doesn’t show sub menu top of page content, limits menu to the header section. If I put same menu in page section it will work fine top of the content. Don’t know if this is theme issue or I should contact to Mega Menu but I ask here first because service has been excellent. Is it possible to link a button to a certain selection of you page? I have build my website with the SKT Builder and for example when clicking on a button “our coaches” I want the page to go down to the team section (which is not a separate page, but the our-team shortcode element build in your themes). Meaning I want to jump from one section to other on the same page, but preferably also from a different page to a specific section on another page.

In html it is a jump link, but I am not sure how to make jump links in this builder…
