PS: Solved it. There are two nivo-slider.css files. I looked into the one in the template folder. But there was another one in /wp-content/plugins/m-vslider/nivo-slider.css – this had a background color setting that I disabled.
Some colors I fixed on my own. As a result I learned more about css. :))
But you can see, some problems are still there. They come out of the programming of the script. Can you fix them? Or at least tell me, where in the script I can find it. E.g. the size of the thumbs of the footer post pictures.
The following links show screenshots from my phone. In these screenshots there are 4 sections that the orange color can not be changed. The circles around the About us section, Contact Us buttons, Sign up for our newsletter box and the font on the gallery titles section. All other sections including fonts allow me to customize the colors. I’ve tried changing every font and section color and these sections remain orange. Everything else has been fairly easy to customize. I also noticed a major difference in the orange color when viewing the site on my Nexus 6 (Android) and the Iphone 6+. On the Nexus 6 the orange color on the contact us button is a vibrant orange while on the Iphone 6+ its a dull almost light/white orange. It has nothing to do with the phones settings or screen brightness. Its almost a different color entirely. Either way I would like to use a different color than the orange with this theme. Its a nice theme but the orange will not work for us.
I used the “contact banner” short code in the sections on my website.
I assumed I could change this in Appearances – Editor – Edit Themes but whenever I make a change here, for example changing and save it there is no change made to the page.
/*——————————————- CONTACT BANNER END ——————————————-*/
I changed “padding” and “font size” in the Editor section but it doesn’t seem to have any affect on the website, perhaps this is not the right place to change it though?
You can change the password later on. If still you are unsure. Don’t send the password.
By the end of this week we will upgrade the theme with whatever way we suppose should work.
We wanted to see your site so that we could understand because we aren’t sure if you did everything correctly (since you say some areas color is not changing).
Hello, I am trying to erase the social section but by placing code: <Style section = “background-color: <? Php echo of_get_option (‘socialseccolor’, true); ?>; Display: none; “>
I actually deletes this session but I also deleted the last section of data, how do I delete just the social section? http://documentalenterprise.com/
Hello, i was looking for a way to change the down arrow colors – my slider image does not go down far enough to be behind the down arrow and the down arrow seems to be white ( same as my background ) so it makes it very hard to see.
The only settings i can find for something like this is the ones for slider image left and right. Please advise if there is a way to change this arrow color.
Also another quick question – i would like my sections to slide in at a higher scroll then it is currently, ive had a few people navigate through my site and a few skipped right over scrolling down my home page because they did int see anything there and thought maybe the page was not loading right. I really like this slide in feature but i would like to change it so the user does not have to scroll down as far for it to slide in.
Sorry for this. Can you kindly show us in screenshots which portions? You can share screens by adding them in imgur.com or similar sites and share the link or dropbox. May be its time we will update the theme for those portions.
Thanks I fixed this by changing the background color but would like to know how to adjust text color anyway. My website is www.sarinsight.com it is in beta and not available yet but I will open it temporarily for you to take a look.
Another thing I would like to do is adjust the size of the blue link boxes in certain parts of the page – it is fine for the main scrolling photos at the top but is a little big in the sections below.
I’ve changed all the font colors and background colors in the basic settings section however the color of the circles around the about us section are still orange and some of the text in the footer is also still orange. The contact us or sign up for the news letter buttons are also still orange. Can I change those colors? If so, how?
