It looks like the instagram feed created a post and a page, and the page decided to show up on the menu bar.
Are there any settings to make sure pages don’t show up under the navigation bar unless I select them to be seen? Or perhaps they are by default private unless I make them public?

Would it be possible to align the navigation menu with the middle of the logo?
Turns out I have to disable sticky headers to eliminate this problem.
Is there any other way to eliminate this?
I tried adding in this code in the custom css section:
.slider-main{max-width: 600px}
